An Installation Co-ordinator is required to join an industry leading company based in Dartford that specialises in various access/control alarm systems.

The successful applicant will provide overall leadership and management of all installations, working closely with the clients and sales team. Previous experience in managing multi-discipline projects within the above disciplines is an advantage.

Key tasks will include:

- Planning of all installations from client order to job completion.
- Liaise with customers
- Ensure scope of works and timescales are communicated effectively throughout the installation process to staff and sub-contractors.
- Ensure all RAMS are produced and communicated to all staff.
- To ensure successful management and delivery of projects, ensuring installations are completed within the contractual time,
- Ensure that every project is delivered within profit expectations.
- To ensure customer satisfaction at every level
- Carry out installation inspections and project handover.
- Handle all customer queries promptly and effectively including managing any remedial works required
- To ensure all staff and sub-contractors comply with all company policies and procedures at all times
- Manage support and training on new equipment and materials

Key requirements for the role include:

- Confident and professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Capable of using standard Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Project experience preferred)
- Efficient problem solving skills
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to keep moral high and install enthusiasm
