Responsibilities will include:

Team management of 6 to 10 recruiters
Performance management of the team and their output
Leading on projects and initiatives such developing new business streams
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high volume vacancies
In order to be successful in this role you will be an experienced Recruitment Manager. You will be a well versed recruiter with exceptional team management skills and a hunger for delivery.
